From Start to finish, the whole process has been fantastic with NYG Home Improvements! We purchased a uPVC rear door and double patio French doors, as well as a composite front door, which included 3x glass pane, a solid panel and the frame.There was plenty of choice with designs, colours and accessories, which made it easy to tailor the doors to our wishes. Nothing seemed too much trouble whatsoever and we were also given a picture of the design to help visualise just how it would look once installed.Once measured, the doors arrived within a few weeks and installed within two days. The installation process went really smoothly and they ensured items that were moved at the beginning were replaced after they had cleared down.Chris, Lisa and the team were really helpful and professional and we would 100% fully recommend. They gave us much needed advice before installation, as well as great aftercare advice to keep the doors working properly for years to come, including a 10yr guarantee. They have helped transform and improve our home so much, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you NYG! :)

We ordered full house of replacement windows from NYG and have been really impressed with the service. We had regular updates from NYG regarding our order and time frame for installation. The job was completed with in the time frame quoted.The installation team were friendly and very tidy and we are happy with the quality of the workmanship. I was particularly impressed when a member of staff paid a visit a week after the windows were fitted to conduct a quality check and ensure we were happy with everything. Not very often you come across a company, who have such high standards. Really impressed with our windows and door. Fitters were really good, and very tidy, they were happy to alter a couple of things too.Windows were checked after installation, and some parts replaced due to minor blemishes we hadn't even noticed, and my husband normally notices everything! They were also very competitively priced. Highly recommended.
