NYG Roofline Collection
Roofline Fascia’s, bargeboards, soffits and cladding are attacked by the British climate causing the wood to deteriorate and no matter how often you paint them the wood carries on deteriorating. Fitting PVCu fascia’s, soffits, cladding and gutters will save you the preparation and painting of those hard to reach places. With PVCu being tough and durable it is able to withstand the British climate to look good year after year with just a wipe down.
Fascias, Soffits and Guttering
To install the new roofline products we will remove all existing fascia’s, soffits, cladding and guttering from the property and then fit new full replacement PVCu fascia’s to the existing roof spars, with soffit boards coming with a choice of ventilation styles, fully vented or disc vents. Three rows of tiles will be removed where required and under-drawn with a breathable membrane and eaves guard protectors fitted to stop the felt from sagging and collecting water. Bird catcher’s will also be fitted to stop birds from nesting under tiles and causing damage. All gables are repointed. The guttering is available in a range of designs and colours and now in Heritage cast iron effect for older properties The fascia and soffit boards are available in white or a choice of wood grain effect to compliment the rest of your property.
Cladding
Cladding around a window protects the inner frame of the structure and removes the need for staining or painting of wooden cladding. This is available in white or a choice of woodgrain effect.

We ordered full house of replacement windows from NYG and have been really impressed with the service. We had regular updates from NYG regarding our order and time frame for installation. The job was completed with in the time frame quoted.The installation team were friendly and very tidy and we are happy with the quality of the workmanship. Not very often you come across a company, who have such high standards. Really impressed with our windows and door. Fitters were really good, and very tidy, they were happy to alter a couple of things too.Windows were checked after installation, and some parts replaced due to minor blemishes we hadn't even noticed, and my husband normally notices everything!
