Just had two windows fitted . Did an excellent job and the fitters cleaned up after themselves.A nice touch was the sales manager calling round afterwards to make sure we were happy with everything . Which we were . Would definitely recommend them .

We ordered full house of replacement windows from NYG and have been really impressed with the service. We had regular updates from NYG regarding our order and time frame for installation. The job was completed with in the time frame quoted.The installation team were friendly and very tidy and we are happy with the quality of the workmanship. I was particularly impressed when a member of staff paid a visit a week after the windows were fitted to conduct a quality check and ensure we were happy with everything. I would definitely recommend NYG

Not very often you come across a company, who have such high standards. Really impressed with our windows and door. Fitters were really good, and very tidy, they were happy to alter a couple of things too.Windows were checked after installation, and some parts replaced due to minor blemishes we hadn't even noticed, and my husband normally notices everything! They were also very competitively priced. Highly recommended.

Very happy with NYG service recently fitted a new back door for me. Every part of the process was done professionally. Lisa and Chris were both helpful kind and considerate and approachable.Chris gave me choices of how I could have my new back door and the different types of glass. I was impressed that they cut out a cat flap for the door too. They also went the extra mile on how quick they fitted the door for me. Would recommend this service to anyone. I also liked supporting a local business in Northallerton. I have now had a front door and back door fitted by NYG and they both have a 10 year guarantee. Would definitely used this company in the future for further home improvements.
Professionally fitted by two conscientious family member of the NYG team. All very helpful from our first visit in Zetland Street to the last when Chris came to check we were pleased with our top quality door. We’re now having the front door replaced. We can highly recommend NYG.
