Our Story
NYG was originally founded in 1996 by our Managing Director as a sole trader. NYG soon grew to employing several fitters due to top quality products and excellent personal service at affordable prices.
In 2002 NYG was incorporated making key members of staff directors and shareholders. This has allowed us to grow year on year to be the most successful local, family run home improvement company in the area with over 26 years experience who still give each customer that personal attention with a policy of no subcontractors or salesmen.
Our Fitting team have many dedicated years of experience giving you a quality service from arrival to completion. This has resulted in over 75% of our work coming from repeat customers and personal recommendations.

We have a superb range of conservatories that are custom-made, stylish and versatile. They are built by our own qualified and experienced builder who ensures quality. Choose the style that suits you best.

Our Roofline products are resistant to the British weather and easy to maintain. Our PVCu fascia’s, soffits, cladding and gutters are tough and durable and will look good year after year with just a wipe down.

We ordered full house of replacement windows from NYG and have been really impressed with the service. We had regular updates from NYG regarding our order and time frame for installation. The job was completed with in the time frame quoted.The installation team were friendly and very tidy and we are happy with the quality of the workmanship. I was particularly impressed when a member of staff paid a visit a week after the windows were fitted to conduct a quality check and ensure we were happy with everything. Not very often you come across a company, who have such high standards. Really impressed with our windows and door. Fitters were really good, and very tidy, they were happy to alter a couple of things too.Windows were checked after installation, and some parts replaced due to minor blemishes we hadn't even noticed, and my husband normally notices everything! They were also very competitively priced. Highly recommended.

Very happy with NYG service recently fitted a new back door for me. Every part of the process was done professionally. Lisa and Chris were both helpful kind and considerate and approachable.Chris gave me choices of how I could have my new back door and the different types of glass. I was impressed that they cut out a cat flap for the door too. They also went the extra mile on how quick they fitted the door for me. Would recommend this service to anyone. Professionally fitted by two conscientious family member of the NYG team. All very helpful from our first visit in Zetland Street to the last when Chris came to check we were pleased with our top quality door. We’re now having the front door replaced. We can highly recommend NYG.
